AKG Academy ("we", "us", "our") provides lash and aesthetics training and related services. AKG Academy is operated by Alisha Farrell, trading as a sole trader, based in the West Midlands, United Kingdom. You can reach us through our contact page.
When you enrol in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for your own learning. Online courses are delivered through our course platform. Access details are provided after purchase. Course content, structure, and dates may be updated from time to time.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party course and payment providers. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in full (or via any instalment option offered) before access is granted.
All course materials — including videos, manuals, images, and quizzes — are the property of AKG Academy and are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only. You must not copy, share, resell, record, redistribute, or teach from our materials without our written permission.
On successful completion of a course (including any required assessments), you will receive an AKG Academy certificate recognising your training. It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate professional insurance before working on paying clients, and to comply with all local laws and regulations relating to your services.
You agree to use our training safely and lawfully. Aesthetics treatments in particular are regulated and may require in-person assessment, insurance, and minimum age or entry requirements. You are responsible for practising within your competence and for the safety of your own clients.
In-person course places are subject to availability and confirmation. Deposits, attendance, and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy and communicated at the time of booking.
Our training is provided in good faith to help you learn. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or business outcomes — success depends on your own effort, skill, and circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, AKG Academy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of our training or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
